"(...) the Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs has signed an Agreement with the Federal Board of Notariat, by which the different Bodies of Notaries Public of Argentina have been authorised to authenticate signatures with the Apostille legalisation.
This designation has become in force on 1 December 2003.
The Argentine Ministry of Foreign Affairs remains being the Authority of Application of the Convention." [sic]
