Declaration: In accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 4, of the Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Spain declares to accept the accession of the Republic of Guinea to said Convention, notwithstanding the current status and future evolution of the European Union Law on the subject.
