Second ratification for the Hague Securities Convention

On 15 October 2009, the Republic of Mauritius deposited its instrument of ratification of the Hague Convention of 5 July 2006 on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities held with an Intermediary. The Convention, which is open for all States, needs only one more ratification or accession in order to enter into force.
