The Republic of Moldova joins the Hague Service Convention

On 4 July 2012, the Republic of Moldova deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters. In the absence of any objection to this accession, the Service Convention will enter into force for the Republic of Moldova on 1 February 2013.
