Conference “Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution in the Internet Era: Governance and Good Practices”, Geneva (17-18 June 2015)
On 17-18 June the Conference on "Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution in the Internet Era: Governance and Good Practices" was held at the University of Geneva as part of its summer school programme, "Internet L@w". The conference was organised by the University's faculty of law, with the co-operation of Geneva Internet Platform and Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS) . On this occasion, it was emphasized that the concept of a global Convention on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments has been a long-standing aspiration of the Hague Conference, and the achievements and future perspectives of the Judgments Project, namely with respect to the Internet era, were specifically addressed.
