a) conformément aux articles 8 et 25 de la Convention «the Bailiff», «Deputy Bailiff», tout «Jurat of the Royal Court of Guernsey», «the Chairman of the Court of Alderney» ou «a Jurat of the Court of Alderney» et «the Seneschal of the Court of the Seneschal of Sark» ou «the Deputy Seneschal of the Court of the Seneschal of Sark» ont été désignés comme les autorités compétentes pour Guernesey.
b) conformément à l'article 23 de la Convention Guernesey n'exécutera pas les commissions rogatoires qui ont pour objet une procédure, connue dans les Etats du common law sous le nom de «pre-trial discovery of documents.
