Service Convention enters into force for Azerbaijan

Today, 1 September 2023, the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (1965 Service Convention) entered into force for the Republic of Azerbaijan following the deposit of its instrument of accession on 17 February 2023.
The Service Convention has 82 Contracting Parties. More information on this Convention is available on the Service Section of the HCCH website.
Azerbaijan has been a Member of the HCCH since 2014 and is a Contracting Party to four HCCH Conventions.
