Denmark ratifies Apostille Convention
On Monday, 30 October 2006, Denmark deposited its instrument of ratification of the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (the "Apostille Convention"). With this ratification, the Convention will soon be in force for 91 States, among which all the Member States of the European Union. In conformity with Article 11, the Convention will enter into force for Denmark on 29 December 2006.
