Third signature for the Hague Securities Convention

On Monday, 28 April 2008, the Hague Convention of 5 July 2006 on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in respect of Securities held with an Intermediary was signed by Mauritius. The instrument of ratification will be desposited at a later date.
The Convention has not yet entered into force.
