Practical Information:
Forwarding authorities (Art. 3(1)):	Judicial authorities.
Methods of service (Art. 5(1)(2)):	The documents are received at the secretariat of the Supreme Court of Justice, then they are sent to the competent judicial entity for their due notification; later we receive the documents that have been filled out to send them to their place of origin.
Translation requirements (Art. 5(3)):	The model form annexed to this agreement and the document to be notified must be translated into Spanish.
Costs relating to execution of the request for service (Art. 12):	Access to justice under Nicaraguan law is free of charge.
