Service Convention enters into force for Paraguay

On 1 January 2024, the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (1965 Service Convention) entered into force for the Republic of Paraguay following the deposit of its instrument of accession on 23 June 2023.
The 1965 Service Convention has 82 Contracting Parties. More information on this Convention is available on the Service Section of the HCCH website.
Paraguay has been a Member of the HCCH since 2005 and is a Contracting Party to six HCCH Conventions.
