Montenegro joins the Hague Child Support Convention

On 24 December 2015, the Permanent Bureau received notification that
on 2 December 2015, Montenegro deposited its instrument of accession to
the Hague Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance.
The Convention will enter into force for Montenegro on 1 January 2017.
With this accession, the Hague Child Support Convention counts 33
Contracting States.
