Austria ratifies the Service Convention

On 14 July 2020, Austria deposited its instruments of ratification to the Convention of 15 November 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (Service Convention).
With the ratification of Austria, the Service Convention now has 77 Contracting Parties. The Service Convention will enter into force for Austria on 12 September 2020. More information is available on the Service Section of the HCCH website.
Austria has been a Member of the HCCH since July 1955 and is currently bound by 14 Conventions and one Protocol.
