Formes de signification ou de notification (art. 5(1)(2)):	In accordance with the Civil Procedure Law ("OfficialGazette of the RS", No. 72/2011, 49/2013 –CC decision, 74/2013 –CC decision, 55/2014, 87/2018 i 18/2020), the incoming requests are executed as follows: The party is summoned by the Court, for the purpose of service of documents. If the party does not appear before the Court, the document is sent to the party through the Post.
